    Everything was excellent and the view was epic! I booked a superior apartment, it was new-fashioned and had an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioning. Family bathrooms, that included a bathtub. The location was awesome and the staff was lovely and great during the whole stay! There was a great restaurant, several stores and boutiques next door.

    I thoroughly enjoyed its extremely friendly and amiable employees.

    Had really enjoyable stay on holidays and the weather was lovely. Overall it was well-appointed and good-sized with good views. The hotel was in the central setting on GOLD COAST.

    This place is really nicely furnished and has a fresh, modern feel, complete with a separate bathroom. You'll find all the essentials you need, like a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. 🏡.

    It was well presented and its close proximity to everything was also great.The indoor pool was very handy and the use of the berth straight onto the waterways was excellent. Will be staying there again for sure.

    Our apartment was high quality and with great views of the garden and pool below and beyond to the sea. Location was ideal for us as it the quiet and away from the seedy precincts. Suitable for a family in every way. Pools were of a very high standard.

    I had a nice holiday stay here. Some of the staff were really friendly, which made a difference. the location is fantastic-it's close to Tedder Avenue and has easy access to a shopping mall and plenty of stores. 🛍️.

    We put in a request when booking that we wish to have ocean-viewed and top floor apartment. They got us a very beautiful apartment facing the ocean. We also mentioned that we will arrive early before the standard check-in time, so when we arrive we didn't wait for long to get our keys to the unit.

    The reception is not open for longer hours. We hardly have the chance to meet the staff there and have our requests deliver to them as we usually leave before the office is open and only be back after 6pm. We hire a car through the reception but the vendor doesn't have GPS for hire, but we were given the Australia map (>1,000 pages). Not sufficient washing up liquid or powder and toilet rolls were provided. So you do need to bring extra for youself.

    The rooms were very comfortably/luxuriously furnished, and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Very handy location to the beach approx 100m, and well positioned for the Tedder Street shopping precinct approx 100m.

    Only that we couldn't have a BBQ by the pool/tennis court.

    We had a spacious unit with a fantastic view that truly enhanced our stay. the apartment was equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and a dishwasher, making our time there very convenient. the staff was exceptionally pleasant and provided us with complimentary laundry and ironing services. the location was fantastic, being incredibly close to SeaWorld.

    The apartment was a good size having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, plus a laundry which made it very suitable for a family.

    The views and the closeness to the beach and shopping. The apartment was very well appointed with appliances for cooking, plenty of books and magazines to read and a good selection of DVD'S. We didn't use the facilities due to other things we had planned, but probably would in the future, ie tennis courts and pool. Very quiet and private apartments.

    Not really, except our car space we were allocated was taken up by another vehicle, so we parked elsewhere (in another space that was not 'private') and returned the next day to a nasty note attached to our windscreen. We then parked out on the street for the next day until another car space was allocated to us by management (after we advised them of this). Also, there should be some instructions left on how to use the washing machine.

    Review for Contessa Holiday Apartments in Gold Coast

    The Contessa Holiday Apartments is a fabulous base for a wedding celebration, offering fantastic views of both the ocean and river. the location is absolutely perfect, as it is conveniently situated next to Sea World, and is close to the vibrant atmosphere of Surfers Paradise, along with numerous shops and restaurants. I'm really glad I chose this apartment; it was spacious and inviting.

    Staff in reception desk were really nice and friendly. Moreover,i enjoyed the 180degree view outside the apartment.

    before the arrival, i thought there should be some toiletries given, but actually not. i and my friends had to buy some in supermarket. At the end, when checked out, we couldnt use up those toiletries and had to threw them away.
